My Story
MEET THE COACH
Hi, I’m SarahMarie.
There’s a saying that, “the thing you’re best at teaching is the thing that took you the longest to learn.” This is 100% true in my case!
I didn’t grow up as someone who felt naturally confident, for years I felt that my energy was too much for others, that I was somehow taking up too much space.
So I did what many people do, I made myself small.
On leaving school, in an attempt to escape being me, I decided to train as an actor to become someone else.
What followed was a wild journey that demanded me to be more real, more true and more ‘me’ than I could possibly have bargained for.
I will happily share more with you about this experience but for now let’s just say that the transformations that followed took me from feeling invisible, to speaking on stages, facilitating workshops and coaching leaders.
The greatest secret I have learned is this: Communication has very little to do with confidence, and everything to do with authenticity, connection and self-trust.
I am committed to the highest standards of coaching.

Learning to communicate changed my life.
It changed how I view myself, how I build relationships, how I show up professionally and the opportunities I am willing to say yes to.
It is my greatest privilege to help others experience this same transformation.

I believe the most powerful thing you can bring to any room is your real self. Not a professional mask. (Trust me I tried this and it’s exhausting!)
